Summer, the most beautiful of seasons and the time has come to disconnect to reconnect to the essentials. Because there is nothing more important than you, at TRUE we have prepared a 7-step routine for you to fully enjoy your summer. 

1. Activity planning: 

Take the time to plan the activities you want to do during the summer. Make a list of your favorite hobbies, places you want to visit, events you want to attend, etc. This will help you get organised and enjoy your summer to the fullest.

2. Outdoor time: 

Enjoy the good weather and nature by spending time outdoors. Go for walks, hikes, have picnics in a park, or go to the beach. 

We also recommend that you practice active activities such as cycling or gardening, or any other activity that will allow you to enjoy the outdoors.

3. Hydration and sun protection: 

Summer can be hot, so staying hydrated is essential. Drink plenty of water throughout the day (minimum 1.5 liters) to keep you hydrated.

Although summer is the most beautiful seasons, it's not necessarily the most gentle with your skin. Remember to regularly apply sun protection (SPF 50) to protect yourself from the sun's harmful rays.

4. Relaxation and rest:

5. Creative activities: 

Take advantage of your free time to engage in creative activities. Painting, pottery, photography, writing, music or cooking, give free rein to your creativity. This will allow you to feel more fulfilled and discover new passions.

6. Socialisation : 

Summer is a great time to spend time with your friends or family. Organise get-togethers, barbecues, outings, theme nights or outdoor games. Nurture your relationships with loved ones and enjoy the present moment. 

7. Learning and exploration: 

Take advantage of the summer to learn new things and explore new horizons. Sign up for classes, workshops or conferences on topics that interest you. Explore new places, whether in your own region or while traveling. Summer offers many opportunities for learning and exploring.
