How to nourish dry skin?


Having dry skin can be a temporary phase in the life of our skin in reaction to an emotional, climatic state or can be genetics.
Symptoms of dry skin are numerous And vary from one individual to another nevertheless the most common are:

The feeling of discomfort: discomfort is felt, often difficult to describe, the skin is not comfortable and translates a lack of flexibility.

The tightness: discomfort is perceived as if the skin was drawn on both sides of the face. The tightness can be painful in addition to being uncomfortable.

fine lines: small wrinkles can start to appear due to the lack of hydration and the dryness of the skin.

Desquates: the epidermis finds itself peeling and appear small dead skin on the surface of the skin.

the dry skin needs a fatty body to nourish it, not to not confused with dehydrated skin which needs water.

one does not go without the other; When you hydrate the skin you have to seal the hydration with a fatty body that will nourish and form a barrier against the evaporation of the water contained in the skin.

1- Removal of the skin with an oil of your choice (olive, argan ..)
The oil will melt all makeup while preserving your skin from
drying. Throughout the face, massage, leave to act for 2 minutes then rinse.

2- Clean the skin with micellar water rather than a classic washing solution. Micellar water is softer and less drying.

3- Use a toner with rose water or chamomile that will refresh and soothe your skin.

4 Apply a moisturizing face serum.

5 Seal everything with a nourishing face cream.
