Pre-sliced whole grain bread
250g of Ricotta
Culinary Argan oil(to your liking)
1 pinch of Salt
Grill your pre-sliced bread until toasted then brush both sides of each slice with argan oil.
Cut your avocado in half, remove the pit and remove the skin. In a bowl or blender, add the avocado flesh and a pinch of salt. Then blend and keep in a cool place.
In a medium bowl, add the ricotta cheese. Blend for about 1 minute to obtain a whipped, silky texture.
Take your avocado purée and spread it on your toast then add the whipped ricotta on the top of it.
Add some mint leaves, dill and sumac. Finally, drizzle some argan oil for an extra nutty flavor.
