CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT ARGAN BALLS
1 cup roasted hazelnuts, skins mostly removed
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup oat
1/4 cup coco powder (and a little on the side for the balls)
15 dates, pitted
1/4 cup goji berry
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder.
2 tablespoons of Argan Oil
pinch sea salt (optional)
In a food processor, blend the chocolate chips and hazelnuts until mostly ground. Add the dates, oat, coco powder, goji berries, Argan Oil, and salt. Process until a smooth paste forms. With wet hands, roll into balls then few (or all) into coco powder. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
